ZÜLFİYE CANALTAY – DIRECTOR
She graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University Faculty of Architecture in 2010. She took the first steps of his professional business life as the architect of the family company Boğaziçi Elektrik. She took an active role in field duties in the Karpaz Road Lighting and Ercan Airport Lighting projects, which are the largest lighting projects of the island of Northern Cyprus.
She took part in urban transformation projects in Istanbul in 2014 with Pan Gayrimenkul Yatırımları & Arsal İnşaat company. Following the renovation projects, she carried out innovative works under the task of "Hotel Concept Development" at DMG Investment Company between 2014 and 2015.
As of 2016, she continues his professional business life within his own company as the founding partner of Cosmostar Construction company. She continues to bring his profession to life with his personally designed villas, bungalows, hotels and gated community drawings since 2010, when she stepped into the sector.
DERVİŞ CANALTAY – DIRECTOR
He graduated from the University of Southampton in 2010, studying Accounting and Finance. He started his professional career in the real estate industry with Palm Island Estate Agency in 2012.
After joining the commercial life of D&M Management & Consultancy Company in 2013, she provided consultancy services in the corporate structuring and ISO certification process of prestigious and large companies and municipalities of Northern Cyprus.
In 2014, it expanded its commercial network by joining the tourism sector with Restur Rent A Car. As the founding partner of Cosmostar Construction, he has been giving life to closed site concepts and design holiday village projects in order to bring a new breath to the construction industry as of 2016.
